Les poumons ressemblent à deux grosses éponges. À l’intérieur, plusieurs petits tubes vont dans toutes les directions, semblables aux branches d’un arbre. Ils sont reliés à d’autres petits tubes, plus étroits. Des sacs d’air se trouvent au bout des tubes étroits. Dans tes poumons, il y a environ 300 millions de ces petits sacs!
